
With 30 years experience in the industry, including 20 years in leadership roles for new companies in both the semiconductor and system sectors, his experience spans operations, sales, marketing and business development. Russ has proven Sr. Executive, President and CEO leadership capabilities and has implemented highly successful revenue generating models that deliver positive results in both IP licensing and manufacturing. Having held senior roles in 9 start up companies, 3 of which are successful public companies, he has directly relevant experience in building companies from green field ideas to successful, revenue and profit generating organizations. Prior to joining Waveteq, Russ was founder, President and CEO of Tvidia Corp, President & CEO of Mosaid Technologies, VP Operations at SpaceBridge and Chrysalis-ITS and Director of Manufacturing Engineering at PMC-Sierra.
Russ has international business experience gained from the successful negotiation of major IP licensing agreements with major Asian companies and was President of Mosaid Technologies Inc., an intellectual property licensing company.
Having graduated from McGill University with his B. Eng in Electronics, Russ has a very strong technical engineering background with extensive experience in wireless, semiconductor and security technologies. He also has many MBA credits focused on marketing and accounting and underpinned by direct experience.

Jack is the founder and CTO of WAVETEQ Communications Inc. He has over 25 years of relevant telecommunications industry experience having held various executive positions and as a respected communications industry consultant.
Jack was CTO for a Milpitas, California based mmWave radio manufacturing company that successfully developed and deployed a radio product based from its foundry produced mmWave chip set. Jack also holds a video-on-demand patent and participated in the development of the 802.16 standard.
Jack is the Secretary of the Okanagan Partnership - Engineering Advisory Committee which succeeded in having the UBCO engineering school implemented, the Vice-Chair of the Okanagan Valley Research and Innovation Centre and a Director of the Okanagan Science and Technology Council.
Jack earned his BASc and MASc from the University of British Columbia and is a Professional Engineer licensed to practice in Canada.
