
Jack is the founder and CEO of WAVETEQ Communications Inc. He has over 25 years of relevant telecommunications industry experience having held various executive positions and as a respected communications industry consultant.
Jack was CTO for a Milpitas, California based mmWave radio manufacturing company that successfully developed and deployed a radio product based from its foundry produced mmWave chip set. Jack also holds a video-on-demand patent and participated in the development of the 802.16 standard.
Jack is the Secretary of the Okanagan Partnership - Engineering Advisory Committee which succeeded in having the UBCO engineering school implemented, the Vice-Chair of the Okanagan Valley Research and Innovation Centre and a Director of the Okanagan Science and Technology Council.
Jack earned his BASc and MASc from the University of British Columbia and is a Professional Engineer licensed to practice in Canada.

He is a published author and a Certified Executive Coach committed to developing the vision and mission of businesses while providing leadership in insuring the integrity of financial, human and technological resources. Joseph has been the Chair of many business and community-related boards and committees including: IEEE and Marine Technology Society (Canadian Atlantic Sections), Information Technology Association of Nova Scotia, Phoenix Youth Services, and the Alliance for Marine Remote Sensing.
Joseph has proudly served Canada as a Naval Officer earning the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He holds a Bachelor of Science (with MBA options) and Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta and Dalhousie University respectively.

Frank Peabody was the Co-founder and Executive VP of Statpower, a manufacturer of inverters and battery chargers, from 1988 until 1999. While at Statpower he managed all areas of the company at various times. He directed the smooth transfer of manufacturing to an offshore Chinese manufacturer, arranged for a joint venture with Tata of India and negotiated a distribution agreement with British Petroleum Solar. In 1999 Statpower achieved sales of over $45 M and was acquired by Xantrex, a local power electronics company.
In recent years Frank, an advisor and investor, has helped with various companies reach their potential.
Dr. Peabody has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UBC. He was nominated Entrepreneur of the year in 1997 and received a prize paper award at an International IEEE conference in 1986.

Joseph Seiler has founded and built five technology-based businesses. They include SEIMAC, Focal Marine, Ocean routes Canada, SEIMAC Newfoundland, and Dairy Data Canada. He has considerable experience with the day to day management of businesses, working with partnerships, and in the buying and selling of companies.
