The ShadowMaster’s flexibility allows for configuration as a repeater. In situations where there is no line of site (LOS) or the distances between required coverage areas are to great to maintain adequate throughput, an intelligent repeater is often required.

The self contained intelligence in the ShadowMaster allows the two internal radios to bridged. Configured to operate on different frequencies, one of the radios would use the internal antenna while the second would be configured with an external antenna. The ShadowMaster can also be configured in routing mode to allow insertion of local client data. This can be accomplished if the ShadowMaster unit is located on a client building and if Ethernet can be connected directly to the unit.
